Gravity Labs projects are available for download exclusively to subscribers on currently sold Gravity Forms licenses. Eligibility may change over time, and select projects may be restricted to a specific license tier. An active license is required to receive automatic updates for Labs projects that include WordPress update mechanisms.
Unlike official Gravity Forms add-ons and products, everything in Gravity Labs is provided “as-is.” These projects are not production-supported software, they may change or disappear over time, and they’re intended for developers, tinkerers, agencies, and site builders who enjoy experimenting with new ideas.
What You’ll Find
Gravity Labs may include:
- Experimental Gravity Forms add-ons
- Developer snippets and utilities
- Workflow prototypes
- Community-inspired tools
- Integrations and proof-of-concepts
- Internal projects shared publicly for learning and feedback
Some projects may eventually evolve into official Gravity Forms products. Others may remain lightweight experiments forever. That flexibility is part of the goal.
Support & Expectations
Projects featured on Gravity Labs are supported via our community forums at https://www.gravityforms.com/community.
Before using any Labs project on a live website, we recommend:
- Testing thoroughly in a staging environment
- Maintain backups of your website and database
- Review the code and functionality carefully to ensure it meets the standards required of your implementation site
- Acknowledgment that updates to these projects or the Gravity products they interact with may introduce breaking changes
Gravity Labs is intended for users comfortable working with experimental software and custom workflows. There are no guarantees for updates, bug fixes, compatibility revisions, or long-term maintenance.

Staying Updated

Why Gravity Labs Exists
The Gravity Forms ecosystem has always thrived because of experimentation, creativity, and developer curiosity. Gravity Labs gives us a space to share ideas more openly, release smaller projects faster, and put tools in the community’s hands that might otherwise stay internal.
Some projects may spark conversations. Some may solve niche problems. Some may inspire entirely new directions.
That’s the spirit of Gravity Labs.
Build something interesting. Experiment freely. See what’s possible.
